How do I change the resistance?
Twist the top cap to pick one of 5 air settings, and add or remove the weight discs inside the clear column.
How do I use it?
Attach a mouthpiece to the tube, close your lips around it, then breathe in or out slowly and watch the weights rise in the column. Start on the lightest setting and take breaks as you like.
How do I clean it?
Pull the column, tube and mouthpiece apart, rinse each piece in warm soapy water and let everything air dry before putting it back together. Use your own mouthpiece and keep the spare for someone else in the family.
